Florida Training Camp Begins Under Conditions
The TOC Florida training camp began today in Clermont at the National Training Centre (NTC). Temperatures in the mid to high 20's contributed to an excellent first workout for all.

Training
The club meets three times a week:
Saturdays year round at 9:45 am at Swansea Community Centre, the home of TOC,
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 pm at Swansea Community Centre or,
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 pm at Metro Toronto Track and Field Centre and/or Swansea Community Centre during winter.
