The club meets three times a week:
- Saturdays year round at 9:45 a.m., at Swansea Community Centre, the home of TOC,
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. at Swansea Community Centre or Centennial Stadium during Spring/Fall or,
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. at Metro Toronto Track and Field Centre and/or Swansea Community Centre during winter.
Satellite Location - Oshawa
- Paul Dwyer High School (northwest corner of Rossland and Stevenson Roads in Oshawa) daily at 2:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and occasionally on weekends.
- Civic Dome in Oshawa a few times a week during the indoor season.
