2024 Canadian U20 Outdoor Championship & Olympic Trials

June 26-30, 2024 Montreal, Quebec

The 2024 Canadian U20 Championships and Bell Track and Field Trials has all the top Canadian T&F athletes competing for ticket to the 2024 Paris Olympics. With all the stars around, our very own Muriel L., Brianna L. and Micaiah E. also shine bright in the 4-day event.

Muriel did a double at the U20 5000m and 3000m. She ran an incredible 5000m winning the silver medal. Brianna, once again racing up an age group, participated in the U20 3000m Steeplechase and U20 3000m, achieving an amazing 5th place in the steeplechase. Micaiah competed in the senior 800m and finished an impressive 11th.

Congratulations to our runners on their outstanding results at this year’s national championships. Thanks to TOC’s coaches for their dedication in nurturing our athletes’ abilities and equipping them with the skills to succeed.

But the outdoor season isn’t over yet. We still have the provincials at the end of July and Legion Nationals in August in Calgary. Go TOC!
